Bouchon Bistro

The food was INCREDIBLE! The melon salad was absolutely exquisite. We also ordered the trout and muscles. Everything was delicious. The service was impeccable. It was very loud inside so a little hard to conversate and my seat was by the door so lots of traffic.

Bouchon Bistro is a MUST when visiting the Napa Valley area. They have top notch service with an amazing atmosphere that is the cherry on top to their delicious food. I’ve been here several times and have never had a bad experience or a dish that I did not like. Every dish they offer is not only flavorful, but will leave your feeling more than satisfied.

Wow, the flat iron steak was so flavorful! I upgraded for the corn and bacon side.. OMG so freaking tasty. Best corn side in my life! The ambiance is cute, Bistro style! The service was perfect, like cherry on top for a night out! Perfect spot to celebrate something or have an elegant dinner!

came here for lunch of a weekend with a resy. disclaimer: i can only speak on the appetizers here. the escargot was very hot and buttery, came with a puff pastry that was a bit bland, the baguette was really fresh and hot though. onion soup very solid, the oysters were a bit unreasonably expensive per pop with a very mid cocktail sauce. tartar was good, but personally would’ve liked more of a kick. the $18 fries were fried well but really greasy with the truffle oil.

We did a walk in on Sunday afternoon and were lucky to be seated immediately. The ambiance was nice and did feel like a Parisian bistro (although maybe in a cute disney world kind of a way). They do serve all the classics and some more, but I did feel the menu was light on vegetarian side. We ordered the steak frites, escargot, french onion soup, deviled eggs, the goat cheese salad, and the trout. They were all amazing. The steak and the fish were cooked perfectly and super flavorful. Their take on escargot was a true elevation. The service was very professional.

Bouchon may have lost its Michelin star, but it still delivered everything you could want from a Michelin restaurant — impeccable food, cohesive atmosphere, and even a French chef who visits the table to explain what you’re about to eat! The French-inspired decor is both rich and regal; deep reds and dark woods really sell the royal-chateau vibe. The menu is expensive but not break-the-bank pricey; it was perfect for a special day out of wine tasting. I had the roasted chicken, which could not have been better — crispy skin, juicy meat, and plenty of gravy. I also had bites of the mussels and fries, which was the real star — cloves of melt-in-your-mouth garlic spread over the table bread were an absolute treat. I ordered a cocktail, which was just fine — I would pass on it next time for a glass of wine. That is, after all, what Napa is famous for! Service - excellent. Food - superb. Overall - 10/10.

We celebrated my brother's 60th birthday here. The food and service was excellent. I highly recommend the Rillettes aux Deau Saumons (smoked salmon), Laitue (bibb Lettuce), Steak aux Pommes de Terre (flat iron steak) and creme Caramel (vanilla custard). Theri and a female server (I can't recall her name) were fantastic and attentive. They helped make this evening memorable for my family.

Fantastic French Bistro with an amazing vibe, great food and great service. We had the pate, deviled eggs and the tartar for starters and excellent saffron mussels (so fleshy and tasty) and flank steak with tons of fries as mains. Really enjoyed the evening.
